I bit/peeled my thumb nail too far back and it REALLY hurts! Any solutions?
The nail even has little blood spots by the tip where it hurts. What can I do to stop the pain? Ice? Tape? Anything?
I seriously do this every month…. I don’t get why I can’t just learn already….

Put it in warm sea salt water, let it dry and put some of the liquid bandaid stuff from the grocery store on it. It’ll be okay in a week or so.
